Public Health Department, Nunavik Regional Board of Health and Social Services

In accordance with the Quebec Act respecting health services and social services, the Quebec Act on Public Health and in collaboration with various partners, the Nunavik Department of Public Health manages the regional public health program and ensures its application. This includes public health protection in both infectious disease and environmental contaminants, occupational health, disease prevention, health promotion, health surveillance and public information.
